| DOWNLOAD TERMS AND CONDITIONS To complete the order process you must first agree to the Terms and Conditions set by Conference Download Services (CDS). Payment Since the delivery of material purchased on this site is done by download only, payment must be made with a valid credit card. CDS accepts American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. All credit card payments are processed through Authorize.net, an Internet transaction gateway; therefore CDS does not collect or retain any credit card information. CDS is notified by Authorize.net when a payment has successfully been processed and downloads are allowed after CDS receives this notification. Additional Charges and Fees At this time, download orders are not subject to additional charges such as sales tax or shipping/handling charges. Return/Refund Policy Downloads from CDS are neither returnable nor refundable. Please be absolutely sure you want the files you are going to download before you place your order. CDS and its Affiliates do not guarantee the contents of any downloaded files; however if, because of a verifiable processing error, you receive an incorrect file CDS will allow you to download the correct file. Delivery Schedule Download orders are usually processed and made available immediately following submission of your order. Once your payment is successfully processed, a download link will appear on the order confirmation page. Clicking the download link will start the download of the selected session. CDS allows three (3) download attempts within five (5) days after the order is placed. When either of these limits is reached the download link will automatically become inactive. Copyright Policy All files downloaded from CDS are fully protected by copyright law. Each file is licensed for a single-user only. Any unauthorized file copying or sharing is subject to legal action. Privacy Policy The CDS Affiliates respect your privacy and will not disclose your personal information to any third party other than those necessary to complete the order process (i.e. our Internet transaction gateway and credit card merchant services providers).
