| DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS Annual Unlimited Download Subscription After you've placed your order for an Annual Unlimited Download Subscription and your credit card transaction has been approved, you will be authorized for unlimited access to download files from the conference you have purchased. Currently, this authorization may take up to 24. You will be notified via email that authorization is complete. To access the download files, login to your account and, using the link(s) located in the ‘My Downloads' link located in 'Information' box on the right-hand side of the screen, you will be taken to the session listings for the conference you purchased. In the session list you will see a ‘Download Now' icon located to the right of each session title. Clicking this icon will begin the download process for the selected session. A pop-up window will ask you want you want to do with the file being downloaded. First, make a note of the file name, which appears near the top of the window. Then select ‘Save to disk.' The file(s) will be saved to your computer. If you cannot locate the file(s) after the download is complete, use the file name to do a search of your computer. After the download is complete, the file(s) should unzip automatically (Windows XP/Vista or Mac OSX); if not, you may need to manually unzip them with WinZip or similar software. The unzipped MP3 files will play in Windows Media Player or other MP3 compatible media players you may have installed on your computer. (If you experience problems with your media player that are unrelated to the downloaded files, please contact technical support for your specific player, as CDS is unable to offer player support.) Individual Session Downloading After you've placed your order and your credit card transaction has been approved, a download link for each session ordered will appear on your order confirmation page. Clicking the link provided will begin the download. Downloads come as self-extracting executable (.exe) files or as zipped (.zip) files. If you have security software installed on your computer, a pop-up window may appear asking you if you would like to continue the download -- select 'Yes' or 'Continue'. Executable (.exe) Downloads - A window will open asking where you would like to save the extracted files. If you do not select a location, the files will automatically be saved in the 'Temp' folder of the local drive (C:). When saving the files, it is recommended that you write down the file name and select a location that you can easily remember so that you will be able to find the files once downloaded. Zipped (.zip) Downloads - A pop-up window will ask you want you want to do with the file being downloaded. First, make a note of the file name, which appears near the top of the window. Then select ‘Save to disk.' The file(s) will be saved to your computer. If you cannot locate the file(s) after the download is complete, use the file name to do a search of your computer.
